morning rush. just about 1 mile and a half away where we are in the 4600 block of york road, this one broke. they're saying it has nothing to do with the hurricane, but the culprit is old age. >> it is one of the things that happens with old infrastructure. we cannot predict when it will happen. >> the good news is the one on cold spring not affecting water for any residents. a day care had to be evacuated because of water damage. right now officials are not sure when this will be fixed. that work is actively going on right now. cars are passing by. it is not a complete shutdown. it is inconvenient as drivers tried to negotiate their way around the area. >> after four and a half days of
